We sold our beloved Riverhouse. It was such a blessing to us. Three years ago when we purchased it we had some pretty clear guidance prompting us to buy this home. We put our hearts, efforts, labor and money into transforming it. So, why. Why on earth would we sell it!? We actually were asked that question quite often...and my response was always the same- we only would leave it if we felt there was something better for our family somewhere else! So we listed our house, had 7 showings in 9 days and received an offer. We moved out less than a month later.
We are now in a rental (which I will hopefully post more on later...) and eagerly greeting and awaiting the new adventures that lie ahead of us!
