I know... I come up with the BEST titles EVER!!!!!
So last weekend my family was out of town so we decided to postpone our Easter festivities until the next weekend...this weekend! It was great because not only did the fun last twice as long but all the Easter goodies were mucho cheapo!
So first Brig helped hide some eggs for Cory and I because my mom is so sweet and wanted to make sure that we had an egg hunt to...thanks mom!
Brig loved it because when it was time to hunt for them he knew where they all were and of course he is so helpful that he was happy to point them all out...best egg hunt I have ever gone on! He took my basket and remembered where each egg was and ran to each one. It was so funny!
This is a cool picture of my dad...good shot Syd!
When it came time for Brig's egg hunt it wasn't quite as exciting since he had to kind of look for the eggs! He still liked it though and loved fruits of his labor!
Elle was inside sleeping so she wasn't in the picture but we sure love this happy little boy! He brings so much happiness into each day!
Grandpa then found an "in" with Ellie...she is a bit clingy to me right now but as long as Grandpa was spooning in little sips of Vitamin Water...she was pleased as punch to be sitting with him. He always likes to help expand our children's repetoire of food. So helpful!
Elle & Brig are pretty lucky to have some outstanding grandparents who love them very much! Thanks Mom & Dad for the fun!!!
This is Brig's awesome bubble gun...it was pretty serious business...if anyone knows how serious Brig takes his hunting then this picture makes perfect sense...
Actually...he was all giggles! He loved running around in the sea of bubbles that this awesome little gun created! It was so cute!
Ellie like them a lot too...I can never take a picture that really captures our Elle. She is always making these odd (but very sweet, right?) faces.
As I said, she is really clingy right now and if anyone else holds her and she can see me (unless she is outside or being spoonfed sweet drinks) she fusses and reaches out until we are reunited! Then...pure happiness as we hug and do the little happy dance and promies to never be separated again...
observe a tiny moment of this pure bliss...
(I really do love how happy she is when we are "back together" but I think I may get a hunch back from constantly holding her! She is quite the princess!)
It is always so fun to spend time with family...especially when we are all together- we just missed Aunt T who has now been out on her mission for 6 months! Keep it up TAY!!!!
Ellie is so cute! Sophie was totally like that. Ha ha! And I also did Easter stuff this weekend- it's not like kids know the difference right?! We were just too busy last week. You are looking SO great by the way! We have missed seeing you guys!
